We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Contact Centre Manager on a temporary contract till the end of March. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £32 per hour via an Umbrella Company or £44,332 pro rata.

The ideal candidate will have experience of driving performance improvements, have experience in resource planning, and ideally would be someone who can drive cultural change.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing Contact Centre operations and support team leaders
• Preparing reports and analyse performance for strategy
• Driving improvements in customer care with teams and third parties
• Developing systems for Contact Centre growth
• Implementing emergency plans.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting Team Leaders.
• Lead projects like telephony upgrades
• Manage the Contact Centre budget

Experience required:

• Experience working with customers within housing
• Managed a busy Contact Centre team from any sector

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Driving cultural change
• Driving performance

Working hours:

• 36.25 hours per week - 4 days office, 1 day home working
• Monday - Friday
