Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Organisational Design & Change Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role will be responsible for leading organisational design activity and delivering effective change management across multiple workstreams.

 

This is initially an interim role till 31st March 2026, with a view to being extended, is hybrid (weekly travel to Birmingham) and paying £500 umbrella.

 

You will plan, develop and implement change strategies aligned with corporate organisational design principles. Key aims include ensuring business readiness, supporting restructuring activity, managing stakeholder engagement and embedding sustainable change.

 

You will also work closely with senior programme leadership to ensure operational design changes are successfully delivered with minimal business disruption, including process mapping and supporting digital/Oracle integration within the future design.
