Job description

We are currently representing a public sector HR & Payroll provider who are looking to appoint an Oracle Implementation & Delivery Manager role on a full-time permanent position.

The role will be home based with ad-hoc travel required to various sites including London, Somerset and Worcester.

The salary is up to £80k + £5,250 car allowance, and is due to start as soon as possible.

Daily duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle systems for HR and payroll services

  • Continually monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, including identifying any risks or issues

  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure standards and objectives are met

  • Maintaining project documentation, such as status reports, project charters and KPIs

  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the implementation process

  • Providing a troubleshooting and query resolution from internal stakeholders and clients

  • Responsible for training colleagues and continuous process improvement

Experience required:

  • Oracle implementation

  • Confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

  • Able to work in high-pressure environments

  • Experience in change management, risk management and process improvement

Working pattern:

  • Monday – Friday

  • Home working with expectation to travel to sites as and when projects require
