Job description
We are currently representing a public sector HR & Payroll provider who are looking to appoint an Oracle Implementation & Delivery Manager role on a full-time permanent position.
The role will be home based with ad-hoc travel required to various sites including London, Somerset and Worcester.
The salary is up to £80k + £5,250 car allowance, and is due to start as soon as possible.
Daily duties will include (but not limited to):
Managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle systems for HR and payroll services
Continually monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, including identifying any risks or issues
Implementing quality control measures to ensure standards and objectives are met
Maintaining project documentation, such as status reports, project charters and KPIs
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the implementation process
Providing a troubleshooting and query resolution from internal stakeholders and clients
Responsible for training colleagues and continuous process improvement
Experience required:
Oracle implementation
Confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
Able to work in high-pressure environments
Experience in change management, risk management and process improvement

25 days holiday + bank holiday
Working pattern:
Monday – Friday
Home working with expectation to travel to sites as and when projects require
