Our client, with operations across the South West, are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Plumber on a permanent basis to cover their properties in Swindon, Chippenham and surrounding areas.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the salary banding for the role is £34,500 to £36,500 a year.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade field, hold a full UK Driving License and live within a commutable distance of Wiltshire.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, improvements and reactive maintenance efficiently, safely and in line with legislation and good practice

• Repairing or replacing plumbing components, pipework, valves and fittings to keep properties in excellent condition

• Ensuring all plumbing elements of heating systems in tenanted homes are repaired and maintained to a high standard

• Fault finding, repairs and maintenance on wet central heating systems

• Supporting the heating installation teams when required

• Repairing and installing unvented cylinders

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing or domestic properties

• Plumbing and Heating systems
