We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Cardiff, who are recruiting for a Management Accountant on a six-month FTC.

The position is due to start ASAP (dependent upon notice period), with the possibility of a permanent position. The salary is £35,000 pro rata.

An AAT qualification is essential.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Producing and reporting the monthly management accounts

• Providing information for Statutory Financial Statements

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Conducting variance analysis

• Liaising with budget holders

Experience required:

• AAT Qualified

• A background in Social Housing is preferred but not essential

• Previous experience within Management Accounts
