Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Lead Support Worker on a 1-month rolling temporary contract.

The start date is 17/11/2025. The hourly rate is £25.92 via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and have experience working for charities.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a caseload of 15 clients
• Assisting with client reconnections
• Providing face to face support to clients with complex needs
• Driving consistent service improvement
• Supporting clients with their tenancies

Experience required:

• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
• Experience working for a charity  

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management skills
• Compliance and due diligence
• Ability to deal with people compassionately
• Can remain calm under pressure
• Experience supporting vulnerable people or groups

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri
• 9:00 – 17:00
