Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a well-respected social care provider in Derbyshire, who are looking to appoint a Lead HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a people orientated company with great benefits.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working and a salary of £55,000 per annum. Additional benefits including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, access to wellbeing schemes and discount schemes and flexible working.

The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, coaching them through relevant people processes

  • Support managers with the recruitment processes, and assist in developing and implementing action plans geared towards enhancing retention rates

  • Manage a variety of Employee Relations cases while ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation

  • Implement Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy through interventions such as workshops and campaigns, to improve inclusivity within the workplace

  • Participate in meetings with the HR team to engage and improve colleague experience

Experience required:

  • Experience managing a HR team

  • Experience working in a large organisation (1000+ employees)

  • Extensive knowledge of dealing with complex employee relation issues

  • Experience of implementing equality, diversity and inclusion strategy

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
