We are currently working in partnership with an established Housing Association located in Buckinghamshire, who are recruiting for an Income Specialist: Sundry Debts on a 2-year contract, starting February, with a potential to go permanent. This role is on a part-time basis, with flexible hours. The rate for this role is £18,777.50 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Income.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the recovery of former tenant arrears, court fees and rechargeable repairs

• Monitoring trends, negotiating realistic repayments plans and taking appropriate legal action if required

• Working with debt collection partners to ensure that debts are pursued further where appropriate

• Producing and working from reports as required, challenging the norm to identify and implement improvements to the way things are done

• Creating pro-active and beneficial relationships with all stakeholders

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience working with Income
