Our client, based in Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a HR/Recruitment Assistant to join them on a 3-4 month temporary contract to support a period of change within the organisation.
They are looking for someone to start immediately on a full-time (37 hours p/week) basis and can offer fully remote working, with the only need to go into office for some initial training and equipment pick up.
They are looking for someone with previous experience within a HR/Recruitment function, able to hit the ground running and can pay circa £15ph on a PAYE basis.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting the HR team and operational managers with all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process
Advertising vacancies, screening and shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews
Completing pre-employment checks, including right to work, references and DBS applications
Producing and issuing contracts and offer letters to successful candidates
Previous experience in a HR/Recruitment function
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Confident in all aspects of the recruitment process
Producing contracts/offer letters
Advertising and shortlisting of candidates
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (flexible)
