We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in Cumbria, who are recruiting for a Housing Operations Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of circa £44,000 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day housing operations and service delivery

• Lead and mentor a team of housing officers

• Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective service provision

• Develop and implement policies that enhance resident satisfaction

• Foster strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and local authorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a housing management role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A strategic thinker with a passion for improving housing services

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in housing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management

• Financial management and budgeting

• Compliance and due diligence
