Our client, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 4-8 week temporary contract.

The position is due to start the week commencing the 8^th December. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Housing Officer, hold a Basic DBS and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering face-to-face tenancy management and support customers throughout their tenancy lifecycle
• Managing tenancy changes and enforcement, including legal action for breaches and dealing with complex enquiries
• Promote community engagement and safety, resolving nuisance behaviour and building strong local relationships
• Safeguarding vulnerable residents by identifying needs, signposting to support, and escalating concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent customer service and tenancy sustainment
• Maintaining accurate records and stay informed on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working for a Housing Association
