We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in the Wilshire, who are recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join their growing team on a Permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with an excellent annual salary of between £38,262 - £47,854 depending on experience. A van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Undertaking a range of service and maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard (both tenanted and void properties)
• Producing gas safety certificates and ensuring all properties have up to date certification
• Ensuring all works are compliant with current health & safety policies and legislation
• Completing detailed work reports and ordering required materials
• Participating in an out of hours emergency rota and attending call-outs as required

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or similar
• ACS gas qualifications
• Gas safety registered
• Full UK driving licence
