Our client, based in North London, is currently looking for Finance Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis!

The position is due to start in January 2024 (with interviews being held w/c: 8th January), for 35 hours per week. The annual salary will be: £53,039 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified, ideally with experience within the public sectors (Social Housing and/ or Not-for-Profit).

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Business partnering with specific faculties areas, supporting managers in the formulation of their business and financial plans, as well as ensuring the full understanding of key business issues and drivers

• Both conducting and presenting variance analysis to various budget holder

• Forecasting of faculty budgets, presenting and explaining to budget holder

• Liaising regularly with the Assistant Finance Director, budget holders and reviewing the impact on the achievement of financial and non-financial KPI'

• Responsible for costing and handling budget production, as well as supporting schedules to maintain a good audit standard, and the production of quality and timely management information

• Aiding the Assistant Finance Director in putting together required information for statutory audits

Experience required:

• Fully qualified Accountant or Finalist

• Background working in Social Housing, Property or Not-for-Profit

• Experience producing the monthly Management Accounts
