We are currently partnering with a national leading construction consultancy, who are recruiting for an Employers Agent to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is working with an extensive and varied list of clients we operate in a wide range of sectors and have achieved sustainable growth to now have offices across the UK.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting on behalf of the employer in all aspects to manage projects through to completion

• Reviewing and analysing tender submissions, holding tender interviews and providing recommendations to contractors

• Monitoring the progress of the construction works and issuing the clients with regular updates and progress reports

• Reviewing the final account and agreeing/certifying results

• Managing the design process to ensure the design meets the employer’s specifications and the project’s commercial goals

Experience required:

• 4 – 5 years’ experience

• Public sector

• Client facing role

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Reviewing tender submissions

• Excellent writing skills

• Understanding of snagging and rectifying defects
