We are currently partnering with a Housing Association in North Somerset who are recruiting for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a permanent basis. The position is due to start as soon as possible, offering a salary of £47,793 per year.

The ideal candidate will have extensive damp and mould experience, strong knowledge of relevant regulations, and be willing to travel across the North Somerset area.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Surveying homes and identifying building defects
• Managing Damp & Mould, HHSRS and complex repair cases end to end
• Producing reports, specifications and supporting disrepair / Section 20 documentation
• Overseeing contractors, quality, budgets and programme delivery
• Supporting customers throughout the repairs process
• Providing technical guidance to repairs and property teams

Experience required:
• Experience within Social Housing
• Experience working with customers in a housing setting
