Our client, based in East Devon, is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Manager (Repairs) on a 6-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is between £26.00 - £30.00 per hour on an Umbrella basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience line managing within a call centre environment, social housing repairs and able to attend the office 4 days per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Manage a busy Housing Repairs call centre team to ensure all calls are answered within agreed response times and all required repairs are recording into in house systems
Liaise with the repairs team to ensure that repairs have been completed and pass on any updates to tenants
Oversee staff and monitor diaries to ensure that any staff leave is covered
Ensure all repairs are completed and that in house systems are updated to reflect completed works
Liaise with all stakeholders and internal staff/management and pass on relevant updated regarding repairs works
Knowledge of Housing/Repairs services,
Public sector experience
Experience overseeing/managing a team
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
