Job description

We are currently in the market for a Customer Contact Advisor for a renowned Housing Association based in Cheshire East.

This is a 3-month temporary contract, 37 hours a week Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm),with flexible hybrid working

The pay rate is negotiable up to £20 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The successful candidate will undertake duties, such as:

  • First point of contact for tenants in relation to Tenancy Management, ASB and Rent enquiries
  • Taking inbound calls from tenants and responding effectively
  • Monitoring enquries to ensure you are up-to-date
  • Handling questions and queries and sign-posting individuals to the correct services
  • Responding to inbox inquiries and monitoring the email inbox
  • Logging ASB complaints or incidents
  • Calling tenants regarding outstanding rent accounts
  • Handling low-level complaints
