We are currently working in partnership with a renowned Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Customer Lead on a 6-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in Liverpool, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £39,233 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Housing Management and Staff Management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of five Housing Officers
• Providing advice relating to ASB case work, income and rent queries, and other tenancy management issues
• Liaising with tenants regarding high level issues and handling complaints face to face
• Completing one-to-ones and monitoring staff performance against KPIs
• Updating SLT in relation to team performance
• Creating a supportive environment for team members to develop and maximise their skills
• Working with the team, stakeholders and legal advisors to agree and approve legal remedies and tenancy breaches
• Delivering an effective performance management framework to ensure performance targets are established, monitored and managed
• Leading effective resident involvement with the neighbourhoods served

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
• Experience conducting staff appraisals and managing staff
