We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in the North West, who are recruiting for a Contracts Officer with a focus on Heating and Hot Water to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be one of the largest providers of Social Housing in the North with this role based predominately in Oldham.
This is a full-time position with a salary with up to 35 hours per week. Initially the role is a 6-month temporary contract offering an hourly rate of £24.75 via an Umbrella Company.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a series of communial Heating and Hot water projects and contracts
Overseeing the budgets in regards to these contracts
Looking after at a patch of around 4,000 properties mainly based in either Schemes or blocks of flats
Liaising with stakeholders and contractors in regards to works being carried out
Project and Contract Management
