Content Creator – Birmingham - £30,000- £32,000

Our client, a social media agency based in Birmingham, is seeking a Content Creator to join their team.
This role requires someone that is passionate about creating social-first content, with a background of achieving strong engagement.

The Role

You will work with the content and account teams to produce social media content from planning through to delivery.
Your work will directly impact how clients appear online across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and carousel content using Canva (Adobe Suite experience is beneficial)
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Plan and execute content shoots using primarily an iPhone, managing lighting, framing, and audio
• Write platform-specific captions and schedule posts using Later, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Scheduler
• Monitor social media trends and contribute ideas to campaigns and content strategies
• Assist with performance reporting and content analysis

Essential Requirements

• Experience in content creation or a social media-focused role (agency or brand side)
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut with strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Confident filming and directing content on iPhone
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of framing, lighting, and movement
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Awareness of social media trends and cultural moments
