We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in Greater Manchester who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join their growing team.
Our client is a Housing Association with a Nationally recognised property management and compliance team who are proud to be a strong.
This is a full-time position, contracted for 2 months with the likeliness for extension. The rate of pay is negotiable depending on your experience.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Monitoring internal Compliance data to identify trends and develop plans in response to this data
Responsibility for handling all the administration for the Compliance team, with a particular focus around gas safety
Planning works and liaising with contractors in regards to works being carried out
Arranging Gas Warrants and managing the process for Compliance Certificates
Ensuring the statutory requirements for the team are met in relation to Gas Safety
Looking at ways in which the property compliance could be improved
Experience required in Social Housing
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Financial management and budgeting
Report writing and presenting
