Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a local council in West Sussex who are looking to appoint an Administration Project Officer on a 2/3 month temporary contract

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (1/2 days home working) and a negotiable hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will have experience using the Abritas Housing Options System and have some basic understanding of Housing Options.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Pre-populating PHP actions into the system
  • Formatting homelessness letters
  • Testing the system to ensure it generates the correct letters for each stage of the application process

Experience required:

  • Experience required in administration
  • Experience working in Housing Options

Rewards and Benefits:

  • 1 or 2 days a week working from home

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Thursday, 8:45am-5:15pm
  • Friday, 8:45-4:45pm
