Job description

Our client, based in Exeter, is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer on a Permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will need to have had significant end to end Recruitment experience, and be confident in identifying, attracting and hiring key talent.

Key duties will include – but not limited to:

  • Leading end to end recruitment processes including arranging interviews, managing selection processes, onboarding and integrating new starters
  • Using online platforms and professional networks to source key talent
  • Assist the wider HR team on all aspects of the HR mix including employee relations
  • Assist with the early careers programmes
  • Work closely with the hiring manager and internal stakeholders to develop and drive recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Help enhance employer brand and grow network platforms including LinkedIn

    • Working hours:

  • 36.25 hrs/week
  • 9:00 – 5:15 (Flex)
