Our client, based in the South East, is currently recruiting for a Strategic Partnership Manager role on a permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and is fully remote. The salary for this position is £69,007 with a car allowance of £4,385 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of developing long term strategic partnerships and embedding key values with stakeholders.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Contribute to the delivery of the corporate and Homes strategy to ensure organisational service direction and strategic objective targets are met.

  • Develop and sustain long term strategic relationships with our key partners in delivering a regional customer focussed programme of planned investment, major repairs, responsive and void repairs to create a seamless service with shared values

  • Lead on embedding and sustaining key values across all national contracts so that values are aligned and all parties have the opportunity to create social and economic value

  • Lead on the building and management of sustainable and meaningful partnerships so that our contractors are resilient and profitable whilst delivering good quality services in the way our customers expect

  • Develop and embed processes that remove waste, drive costs down, increase social value initiatives and deliver real digital innovation

Experience required:

  • Proven experience of driving costs down whilst improving economic and social value

  • Proven experience of identifying, designing and implementing digital innovation and solutions

  • Proven experience of managing large service budgets

  • Highly skilled in assessing information and devising and implementing appropriate solutions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Knowledge of building components and the diagnosis of building defects

  • Knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and health and safety legislation and best practice
