Our client, based in Devon, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyors on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for the role is circa £41,000 and recent experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing completing Stock Condition Surveys and have an understanding of domestic energy assessments.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing detailed stock condition surveys across a diverse housing portfolio

• Undertaking EPCs, HHSRS inspections, and DEAs in line with regulations

• Producing accurate reports and recommendations for remedial and improvement works

• Contributing to asset management planning and energy efficiency initiatives

• Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a professional, efficient service

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys/DEAs

• A solid understanding of HHSRS

• A full driving license (preferred due to travel requirements)

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday - Friday, flexible start/finish times
