We are currently working in partnership with a regional housing provider, who are recruiting for a Plumber on a 12-month contract (Fixed Term).

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The annual salary for the role is £35,286.00 per annum.

The ideal candidate will hold a plumbing qualification, have worked in tenanted properties and social housing previously.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and general plumbing faults

• Installing or repairing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and basins

• Maintaining and replacing hot and cold water systems

• Working safely with cylinders (vented/unvented) where qualified

• Repairing and maintaining rainwater goods

• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Experience delivering responsive repairs in a social housing setting

• Experience working to a 'first time fix'

• Experience liaisng with tenants

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday, Flexible Start/Finish Times
