We are currently partnering with a highly reputable Housing Association based in Northern Manchester, who are recruiting for a Roofer to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable hourly rate based on experience with a permanent salary of £29,137 and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for general maintenance and repair of social housing roofs

• Using a PDA system to input jobs and update them when they have been completed

• Helping to install some loft installation

• Handling the repair of fascia’s, soffits, guttering work and replacing tiles on flat and slanted roofs

• Helping to erect scaffolding

Experience required:

• Generic Roofing Maintenance Experience

• Social Housing experience is desirable

• 36.25 hours per week

• Monday to Friday/8-3:30
