Job description

We are currently seeking a Reward Manager to join our client's dynamic HR team on a permanent basis.

This is a predominantly remote position, with one day per week based in the Coventry Head Office, and offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000.

This pivotal role will lead the design and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with market trends, stakeholder expectations, and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the end-to-end annual pay and bonus review processes

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for reward and benefit queries from colleagues

  • Overseeing the benefits offering and renewal processes, leading reviews to ensure value for money

  • Driving engagement and uptake of benefits, including delivering presentations and roadshows

  • Leading a robust job evaluation process to ensure consistency in grading structures and salary levels

  • Providing detailed benchmarking analysis and remuneration recommendations for new hires and internal moves

  • Designing and implementing competitive pay schemes and reward initiatives that support business performance

  • Overseeing annual reward activities including gender pay reporting, holiday pay credits, and national living wage updates

About You:

  • Proven experience in reward management, ideally within a large or complex organisation

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a flexible approach to changing priorities

Key Details:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5

  • Permanent position

  • 1 day in Head Office (Coventry), 4 days working from home

  • £50,000-£60,000 salary
