Our client, based in East London, is currently recruiting for a Resident Experience Assistant on a 6 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £17.03 per hour (PAYE) and the candidate will be required to work in the office full time.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in housing and resident experience, and will have previously used trackers and spreadsheets.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining and updating systems, databases and trackers
• Arranging and recording appointments, and dealing with complaints, access cases and performance reporting
• Liaising with residents, internal teams, contractors, solicitors and suppliers to resolve queries, schedule work and support service delivery
• Following organisational policies, procedures and codes of conduct
• Supporting problem-solving and service improvements

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with trackers and spreadsheets

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Customer service and communication
• Organisation and administration
• Knowledge of housing processes
• IT and digital skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
