We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for a Resident Engagement Coordinator on a permanent basis.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected housing association for a Resident Engagement Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team based at the Birmingham Head Office, with some travel to Bradford.

If you’re passionate about empowering residents, strengthening communities, and ensuring that every voice is heard, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll lead resident engagement initiatives, develop events and activities, and help shape how residents influence and scrutinise housing services.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing and promoting opportunities for residents to engage with housing services

• Coordinating resident events, consultation meetings, and engagement activities

• Supporting residents to scrutinise services and hold the organisation accountable

• Building partnerships with managing agents and community organisations

• Encouraging engagement from underrepresented and hard-to-reach groups

• Promoting a resident-centred approach and helping colleagues act on resident feedback

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday

• 9:00am - 5:00pm

• 37.5 hours per week
