Are you a passionate and organised Recruitment Resourcer who is keen to utilise their specialist recruitment skills, alongside having the opportunity to use innovation in your day-to-day role?
James Andrews are proud to be partnering with a leading not-for-profit employer who are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer on a fixed term contract basis until the end of March 2026. This will be a full-time position based in Bedfordshire, with hybrid working offered alongside a competitive salary paying £30,000 per annum (pro rata).
The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience (either in-house or agency) and will be able to manage high volume of vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Working as part of the in-house sourcing team to proactively, efficiently and effectively recruit the right people at the right time
Dealing with administration and ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy authorisation to interview scheduling and offering
Effective and confident sourcing and engaging of passive talent through multiple mediums
Dealing with timely pre-sifting of applications providing both managers and candidates with regular updates
Ensuring a focus on candidate experience with confident suggestions on process improvement
Collating records and data into reports to regularly update stakeholders
Gaining feedback and understanding of candidate and hiring manager experiences to support recruitment process improvements
Supporting Recruitment and HR projects within the HR People Strategy
Experience required:
Having a track record of recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
Using solid recruitment knowledge, including administration and end-to-end recruitment processes
Dealing with multiple challenging stakeholders with different capability levels and different priorities
Effectively influencing stakeholders whilst demonstrating an understanding of their differing business needs
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business and be adaptable
CIPD Qualified Level 3 minimum, or prepared to study for the qualification (desirable)
