Job description
We are proud to be working with a leading Management Consultancy, based in Central London, who are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary is £35,000 per annum for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the professional services industry, be CIPD L3 or above, and be experienced in Employment Law.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient HR service
- Acting as a key keeper of HR processes, ensuring all documentation, records, and workflows meet compliance and quality standards
- Managing aspects of the employee lifecycle, including assisting with onboarding, changes to terms and conditions, benefits administration, and leaver processes
- Supporting the management of ER cases (attendance, grievance, disciplinary, performance), ensuring accurate records, policy compliance, and timely follow-up
- Maintaining and updating HR systems with accuracy, producing regular HR reports, and analysing trends using Excel to support decision-makin
- Helping to prepare, check, and submit monthly payroll data, liaising with outsourced providers to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
- Assisting with reward and benefits processes as well as contributing to new projects in this area
- Contributing to HR initiatives and process improvement projects in collaboration with the Senior HR Advisors
