We are currently partnering with an IT consultancy in Central Birmingham, a leader in their field who are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £21,000 to £30,000 plus uncapped monthly commission (subject to experience) and they offer hybrid working with 2/3 days work from home.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Daily management of the CRM (salesforce) to manage incoming applications and complete administrative tasks on applicant files
Resourcing and headhunting candidates using Job boards
Using LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and source
Providing an exceptional customer/candidate experience
Building relationships with candidates and managing a pipeline
Contacting contacts by both phone and email to pre-screen
Assessing Psychometric and Technical tests results
Booking in interviews and preparing candidates
Interviewing, assessing, and coaching
Sending out and managing offers and contract queries
