​We are currently partnering with an established Law Firm based in Herefordshire, who are recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to join their growing team on either a locum or permanent basis.

This role can be offered on either full time or part time hours, and can be based out of any of their Herefordshire based offices.

The salary on offer for the permanent position is between £30,000 to £50,000 subject to PQE, and the hourly rate for the locum position is subject to experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling a range of private clients matters including wills, probates, power of attorneys and deputyships

• Managing complex probates involving large estates

• Providing advice to clients on varied personal law issues

Experience required:

• Experience required in Private Client law

• Minimum 2 years PQE (Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive)

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm

• Will accommodate part time candidates
