Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker on a 3 month temporary contract.

The start date is 17/11/2025. The hourly rate is £22.97 via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with rough sleepers and hold an enhanced DBS taken out.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working in airs to provide night outreach to rough sleepers across London
• Finding and assessing clients referred via the Streetlink platform
• Engaging compassionately and assertively with rough sleepers to assess their needs
• Using a client-centred, empathetic approach

Experience required:

• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment and management skills
• Compliance and due diligence
• Ability to deal with people compassionately
• Can remain calm under pressure
• Experience supporting vulnerable people or groups

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri
• 20:00 – 04:00 night-time shifts
