Our client, based in Lincolnshire, is currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade/Builder and a Plumber on three-month temporary contracts.

The positions are due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £25.00 per hour on a CIS basis

The ideal candidates will have experience working within domestic, social housing properties, and have access to their own van and hand tools.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Multi-Trade/Builder:

• Conducting a range of maintenance and building works within domestic properties and external grounds

• Carrying out patch platering

• Laying flooring

• Bricklaying

• Working on manhole maintenance and concerting projects

Plumber:

• Conducting reactive plumbing repairs within domestic housing properties

• Fixing kitchen and bathroom plumbing issues

• Fixing blockages, minor leaks, guttering and toilets

• Conducting refits of baths and sinks

Experience & Skills required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with a relevant trade

• Knowledge of conducting a range of repairs tasks

• Strong communication skills and motivation to provide a first-time fix service

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
