Job description
We are currently recruiting for a People Development Coordinator to join a values-driven organisation on a 3-month temporary contract.
This role will provide flexible support across a range of learning and development activities, helping to ensure colleagues have a positive and seamless experience when accessing training, systems and development opportunities.

Contract: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay rate: £20.21 per hour (via umbrella company)

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office

Location: South Manchester
Key responsibilities
-
Coordinating and administering learning and development activities, including scheduling sessions and managing attendance
-
Supporting the maintenance of accurate learning records and compliance reporting
-
Producing and sharing learning data and reports
-
Managing learning-related queries and liaising with internal teams and external providers
-
Supporting the effective use and upkeep of the Learning Management System

Providing general administrative and customer-focused support across the people development function
About you
-
Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience of working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Experience of planning and administering training programmes or events
-
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities

Interviews will take place Thursday 5th February between 2pm and 5pm
