We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Merseyside, who are recruiting for an Enforcement Officer on a temporary three-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £25 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have used the QL system previously, have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of high level Enforcement Officer duties, including court work.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Respond to all cases of ASB, including hate crimes and domestic abuse cases
• Prepare and serve legal documents including notices
• Collaborate with the Neighbourhoods team
• Handle interviews, witness statements and giving evidence in court
• Preparing witnesses before they attend court
• Sign-posting individuals to correct services and making referrals to mediation team

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Court work and document preparation
• Use of QL systems
