Job description
We are currently partnering with a charity based in South West London, who are recruiting for a HR Officer to join their growing team on a 12 Month FTC.
Our client is proud to provide support to people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with mental health needs all around London!
This is a full-time position with a salary of £30,254 and the start date is July 2024.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Updating and maintain HR Systems ensuring the team have easy access to information
- Responding to HR enquires
- Supporting the development of the HRIS to automate HR processes and responding to HRIS system queries
- Providing training to colleagues and maintain user-guides for HRIS system
- Working with Recruitment Consultants to support recruitment campaigns and to manage compliance
- Drafting and issuing contracts of employment, workplace agreements and variations to contracts and ensure new starts and contractual changes are recorded
Experience required:
- Recent experience working in HR
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Basic understanding of payroll
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with people at all levels of the organisation both verbally and in writing
- IT literate in the use of MS Word and Excel
- CIPD qualification or equivalent; or willing to work toward qualification

Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
