Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a cultural, academic and heritage institution based in South West London, who are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a 2-month contract.

The position is due to start in April and the hourly rate of pay is negotiable.

You must have experience using Workday to apply for this role.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Dealing with all telephone and email enquires in a timely and efficient manner, answering queries, filtering calls, and escalating queries to relevant members of the team as appropriate

  • Maintaining and updating the HR system when required and input any relevant information accurately

  • Working with the team to support the continuous improvement of HR processes including HR document management

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and on boarding new staff members

  • Supporting with all starters and leavers administration including drafting and posting offer letters and contracts and any other relevant documentation

  • Providing administration of HR processes including contracts, leaver documentation and changes to terms and conditions of employment

  • Inputing information and assist with the outsourced payroll provider

Experience and skills required:

  • 2 years work in HR administration

  • Strong knowledge of the Workday system

  • Positive, can-do attitude

Working hours:

  • 36 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday,

  • 10-4 core hours with flexibility either side

  • Up to 2 days a week working from home
