Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a renowned Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a 6-month temporary contract.

This will be a full-time position based in Greater Manchester with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a rate that is currently negotiable based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting Housing Officer duties and have extensive experience within the Social Housing sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Helping tenants sustain tenancies by offering relevant advice
  • Managing tenancy issues, including tenancy breaches and fraud
  • Carrying out tenancy sign-ups
  • Serving NOSP’s, NTQ’s, and prepare court documents as and when needed
  • Liaising with external and internal agencies
  • Handling low level ASB complaints, such as noise complaints

 

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience working with customers within housing
