We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning Housing Association that offer housing across the Midlands, London and South East who are looking to appoint a Homeownership Officer on a three month contract.

This will be a full-time position and fully remote (just need to pick up the equipment in Surrey), with the rate negotiable dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in Leasehold and Resales.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing relationships with third party managing agents, leaseholder & shared-owners

• Responsibility for resale packs (LPE1)/assignments & staircasing - and dealing with queries

• Issuing landlord certificates and answering related queries

• Responsibility for lease extension process and queries

• Managing S20 process and respond to observations

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• Experience in resales

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• S20’s

• Staircasing

• Compliance and due diligence
