Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for a Healthy Homes Coordinator on a temporary six-week contract with the potential to be extended. The position is due to start immediately, with a negotiable hourly rate of pay dependant on experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning and coordination skills, excellent communication and IT abilities, and experience in housing or a similar environment and must have previous experience using Dynamics 365.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with internal colleagues and customers in order to raise and book in works
  • Taking inbound calls from customers to understand their requirements, following up issues by raising works
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end process of maintenance issues, including damp & mould, ensuring timeframes are adhered to
  • Updating trackers to ensure that once an issue is raised, the right processes are followed until completion
  • Ensuring a customer focused approach, liaising with tenants and getting a proper understanding of their requirements

Experience and Expertise required:

  • Experience planning and coordinating works within housing, construction or FM
  • Strong customer communication skills, including handling inbound calls and booking appointments
  • Ability to manage end-to-end maintenance cases, including damp and mould, within set timeframes
  • Confident IT skills with essential experience using Dynamics 365 and familiarity with systems like Total, EAM and Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt to change and maintain accurate records

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid working - 3 days working from home
