Environmental Lawyer
Job description
Our Local Authority client based in Oxfordshire, is currently recruiting for an Environmental Lawyer on a locum basis, for 3-months initially with potential for extension.
The role offers home working with attendance required on a monthly basis, and the rate is negotiable subject to PQE.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing advice to the client group on varied Planning & Highways matters, including advising on appeal enquiries and other associated matters as required
Drafting and negotiating a range of complex Planning agreements, such as section 73’s and section 106 agreements
Attending and representing the Council at Committee meetings on an ad-hoc basis
Experience required:
Experience required in Local Government
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday – Friday
