Our client, based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for five Energy Performance Assessors on 12-month ongoing contracts.

These positions are due to start at the beginning of December on a full-time basis. The rate per survey is £30 LTD per flat and £35 LTD per house.

The ideal candidates will have experience of performing EPCs in social housing properties and hold a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition surveys and EPCs on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately and lodging accordingly

• Ensuring a timely return of all relevant documentation and managing own lists in specified timeframe

• Producing regular reports on handheld devices

Experience required:

• Energy Performance Certificate accreditation

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Decent Homes Standards

• HHSRS

• Understanding of fire safety compliance

Working hours:

• 5 days commitment

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible hours, appointments based
