Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based Hampshire, who are recruiting for a ER Partner on a temporary 3 moth contract. The position is due to start early/mid June. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will exteansive experience handling ER casework independently with up to 5 live cases at one time and be able to present finings whilst coach line managers.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide high-level HR advice, support, and guidance to key stakeholders
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and long-term absence
  • Apply HR policies, best practices, and employment law to support organisational objectives
  • Coach managers on recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance management
  • Maintain HR systems, ensure accurate reporting, and support policy writing projects where required

Experience required:

  • Experience required in public sector
  • Experience working coaching on ER

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Access to own vehicle
  • Prepared to travel to site

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm
  • Friday 9am-4:30pm
