We are currently partnering with a Local Authority based in Norfolk, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with the transfer of land and assets from district level to parish and/or community group level
• Dealing with c. 30 car parks and five Towns/Communities from different individual groups, looking at reports on titles and working with often complex land matters
• Advising on LGR and Devolution, as well as supporting with overflow on an ad-hoc basis
• Drafting documents, negotiating prices and interacting with up to six different Town Councils

Experience required:

• Experience required in a Local Government Setting
