Job description
We are currently working in partnership with an G15 Housing Association, who are looking to appoint 2 x Delivery Programme Leads on a permanent contract.
This will be a full-time position covering the Southeast London patch, with 4 days on site and a salary of £47,135 - £52,008 per annum dependant on experience. Plus Essential Car User Allowance £1,300 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of managing planned programmes and able to manage relationships with partnering contractors.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for the delivery and quality of designated large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom renewal, External windows and door programmes, roofing and retrofit works
- Working with our partnered contractors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality product
- Ensuring that the property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programmes
- Undertake a range of technical duties, including inspection, measurement and supervision of works and business processes which may include basic financial accounting and contract management
- Ensure own performance and line reports, delivery against the team objectives and the production of key performance indicators
- Will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and other external parties
Experience required:
- To have a proven track record of project management and reporting of maintenance/construction works
- To be able to effectively manage day to day aspects of programme delivery
- Demonstrable experience of attending unsupervised visits to residents in their homes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Able to demonstrate strong technical supervision of maintenance/construction works experience, gained in a client or contractor environment
- Good communication skills essential, able to work collaboratively within a project team interacting with internal and external customers stakeholders at all levels
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety in the work place
