The Role

You will lead the design, development, and operation of data engineering capability, building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, improving data quality, and developing well-structured data models that support Power BI, reporting, and analytical workloads. • Apply DataOps practices including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD
  • Implement data quality checks, validation, and automated cleansing within pipelines

  • Support data governance standards, access controls, and role-based permissions
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a data engineering role delivering ETL/ELT solutions at scale
  • Strong T-SQL skills including query optimisation, stored procedures, and views
  • Experience designing data warehouse models (e.g. star schemas, dimensional modelling)

  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tooling
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
