We're currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in Cheshire who are looking to appoint two Support Administrators to join their growing team. One position is on a permanent basis, while the other is a temporary contract.

The permanent role offers a salary of £24,815 per year, with the start date subject to notice.

The temporary role offers an hourly rate of up to £18.00 per hour (Umbrella) and ideally requires an immediate start.

Key Duties:

• Acting as the first point of contact for internal teams and external enquiries
• Managing a  team and Support Hub inboxes, triage calls, send letters to tenants, and escalate queries when needed
• Processing applications and maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR and data principles
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to support team activities
• Supporting procurement tasks, including setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and tenants to arrange appointments, issue correspondence, and coordinate events or surveys
• Monitoring performance against KPIs and ensure processes and documentation are kept up to date
• Providing office and facilities support, including managing post, booking meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining action logs

Experience Required:

• Previous experience within social housing
• Experience working directly with customers or tenants
